Included in price: Instruction led yoga and meditation classes, lodging in forest hut and sauna bathing. Dinner day 1. Breakfast, lunch and dinner day 2. Breakfast and lunch day 3.

Accommodation: Berths in forest hut for 2-3 persons.

Information: No previous experience of yoga needed. Recommended minimum age 15 years.

Recommended packing list: sleeping bag, pillow, weather-resistant clothing and water bottle.

Allow yourself a relaxing weekend in the forest with Yoga and meditation and return home as a new person with renewed energy and life force. You will cook food over an open fire and spend the nights in cosy charcoal burner huts in a forest glade. In the evening you can enjoy a sauna with a dip in the forest lake lit by the light of the moon.

Yoga has become more and more popular in recent years and many have come to realise what a powerful tool it is to improve health and well-being. Over one weekend in a beautiful setting in the Bergslagen forest you will have a soft and gentle introduction to Yoga, both on a practical and theoretical level. Johan Svanborg has studied Yoga for over ten years, mostly in India. He is the head instructor at Yoga Stockholm and he also leads meditation trips to India and Peru. Here he shares useful yoga positions and simple meditations methods s for relaxation in a lovely location next to a lake in the middle of the forest. You will live in simple charcoal burner huts, cook over open fire and relax in the wood heated sauna until late into the night.
